Use of the club restricted to Monday to Friday before 4:30pm.
Free assessments and programmes, use of the gymnasium and sauna.

DAYTIME USE MEMBERSHIP MONTHLY - (use as above)

We also offer a FIVE-DAY PASS for £5.00. This allows you to try out our equipment and what we have to offer before you decide what you would like to do .

This five-day pass can be used any time including weekends but does require an induction upon signing.
